What you agree to when you use OFF LABEL, and what we agree to in return.
Who can join
OFF LABEL is for artists who are not signed to a traditional record label, and for the collaborators, venues and studios who work with them. You must be 16 or over and based in the UK.
Your music stays yours
You keep every right in your recordings and compositions. You grant us a limited licence to store your uploads, analyse them and display them inside the product so the service can function. Nothing more.
What we provide
Release plans, promotion contacts, funding and rights information, and discovery of people near you. This is general guidance and should not be taken as legal, financial or tax advice. Deadlines and eligibility change; always check the source before you rely on it.
Acceptable use
- Only upload music you have the right to upload.
- Do not scrape, resell or bulk export contact data.
- Do not harass other members or misrepresent who you are.
Ending your account
You can close your account at any time and take your data with you. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
